Assisted Living Level 1
Residents are active and interested in participating in social events and programs. Typically, residents suited for this plan find it difficult to function optimally if living independently. Mobility may be somewhat restricted or recent health issues may lead to a need for temporary or periodic health monitoring and assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming or toileting. The Entry-level plan includes general supervision in a supported environment and/or some assistance with cueing, oversight, or encouragement with activities of daily living and medication supervision. |

Residents can generally participate in most activities of daily living. These residents may need encouragement to participate in social and wellness programs and events. Level 2 plan includes supervision in a supported environment with moderate assistance with activities of daily living as well as medication supervision. |
